Swisslog’s Healthcare Solutions division is searching for technician to provide 24/7 customer support relating to our hospital pharmacy automation products in a modern and comprehensive medical healthcare facilities in Hamilton, Ontario and throughout Canada.
Working and dispatching out of a home-office, you will manage this position like running your own business! Provide preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency service, user training, and promotion of company products & services as required.
Technical requirements include a Technical / Vocational School – Graduate Technologist. Two years field service experience in robotics and related electro-mechanical products are desirable. Prior experience working in a mission critical, on-call work environment is also beneficial.
Successful candidates will have an effective communication style that builds customer’s trust and satisfaction. Position requires travel and weekend work.
